Which style of trips do you focus on?
We focus on a diverse set of activities in order to explore and get a taste of the country which we visit. The adventures depends on the country and the activities they offer however, the trips include a variety of activities for example, adrenaline activities, water sports, sightseeing, exploring the nightlife, cultural activities etc.
Travelling Solo?
Don’t worry, this is one our mission to welcome solo travelers and groups travelers. If you are traveling alone you are not alone, many of our travelers are traveling solo and want to meet like minded people, make memories and share experiences.
How does rooming work for group trips?
Travelers are usually paired together, we pair solo travelers with another traveler of the same sex. Travelers can also request for their own room and/or their own bed price will reflect) If you are traveling with a partner and want to share the share room you can indicate that when booking.
Are flights included?
Flights are not included unless indicated as a deal. Visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, airport departure fees (some countries have an exit fee), if it is not listed on the itinerary it is not included.
What is the refund policy?
You can request a full refund within 24 hours after 24 hours you will loose 25% of payment.
If their is a last minute flight cancellation or if you have an illness which restrict you from travelling we will refund your payments as credit towards a trip of your choice.
The reason certain refunds are put toward credit is because the trip has already been planned and services and accommodation are already arranged with you in mind.
Can I make a partial payment?
Yes, you can make a partial payment however, do keep in the mind that the refund policy also applies to the partial payment.
